Katherine Churchill studies and teaches medieval literature. Her book project, Archival Entanglements: Provenance and Posterity in Late Medieval English and French Literature, traces how changes in text storage and organization transformed representations of futurity in literary writing in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. In addition to her work on media history, book history, and cultural memory, she also studies gender and nineteenth-century and twentieth-century medievalisms.
